Jamaaliday update!

Today is the Jamaaliday update, although most of this came out on the 1st of December already. However, here's what's going on in Jamaa for the Jamaalidays!

The official announcement that Jamaalidays are here! :D This is definitely my favourite time of year, now could somebody pass me some hot chocolate?

If you were fortunate enough to be a member in December 2011/2012 then you were lucky enough to receive this as a monthly member gift for free (remember those?), but if you missed out, you can purchase your very own gingerbread house den for 5 diamonds! Yes, that is sort of expensive, but members also do get lots of bonus diamonds throughout December, right?

If you didn't know yet- you can purchase some past Jamaaliday gifts in the Diamond Shop, for one Diamond each. Of course, you could just trade for them, which isn't at all that difficult. There is also a new buddy game, pairs! 

Gift Scarves

Today's Jamaaliday gift is a returning one, the classic bag of gifts!

Ah, makes me think of this scam someone once attempted >.<

Okay, so this is what happened...

One person had two accounts. One of them had a bunch of rares on trade,and were asking for a bag of gifts. This was sometime in January 2013 >-<'

Their other account just happened to have a bag of gifts on trade. Coincidence much? However, the main account didn't start trading for their bag of gifts. Hmm. After some time, people eventually started trading theirs, but the main account said ''No, I want <insert name of storage>'s one!''. Thankfully nobody fell for the scam. The aim was to get people to overtrade for the storage's bag of gifts, thinking they would get the rares on the trade list of the main account. Nuh-uh. Not happening!

Today's item is also returning, and for all Jammers! Woo! :D The classic Jamaaliday scarf is a must-have for Jamaa's winter ^o^ It will definitely keep you warm :3

It also comes in various colours, and is actually very popular all year round, so my advice to you is to stock up on them!

I love hot chocolate, both in real life and on Animal Jam. The Autumn and Winter is definitely the best time to grab one in the Cocoa Hut! If you have no clue whatsoever what I'm talking about, here's how to make your own hot chocolate drink on Animal Jam!

1. Go to the cocoa hut, and click on the purple game controller. 
   
   
   
   2. Your cocoa making has begun! Choose a cup type.
   
   You might go for a goblet, or for a cup... it's up to you!
   Time to choose a colour...
   
   Choose your drink, it's honestly all up to you! Milk, coffee, tea, cocoa... all possible!
   A lesser known fact is that you can change the temperature of your drink using the lever in the corner! ^-^
   
   You can choose either cream or marshmallows to go in your drink, then choose your final addition and you're officially done! 
   
   Enjoy your chocolate! :D

Gingerbread Elf

Today's gift is also brand-new, and super adorable!

For some reason, December's birthstone has not appeared in stores yet. Strange.

Hey, seems like one of the brand-new items in Jamaa Township have ended up in our gift calendars!

Do you know what you want for Christmas yet, if you celebrate? Because of where I'm from, we also receive gifts on the 6th of December (which you may also know as St.Nicholas' day). It is custom to write a letter to 'Santa' a little beforehand, and to leave milk and cookies the night of December 5. I'm making hot chocolate ^-^

I hope I get everything on my list o3o

The Jamaalidays are here!

Hello!
As promised, I am resuming posting. Today is the first day of the Jamaaliday gift calendar, yes, already. I love the gift, it's entirely new and so cute! <3
Say hello, LOUDER, to the Jamaaliday hedge! That's it :D You make mummy proud xD

This is the gift calendar, as a whole...

Members get additional diamonds on December 4,6,7,9,10,12,13,16,18,19,21,23,24,25,27,29 and 31! Phew, that's a lot of days ^-^

What are you going to do with your new Jamaaliday Hedge? It's up to you! Maybe line  a path with them, or decorate a winter garden with them! 

It's awesome how gifts will be given all throughout December, it's a nice little change...

The Jamaalidays have officially hit Jamaa! I have logged on today to Animal Jam and was a bit disappointed to find Jamaa Township still in its Autumn style today, but when I came back a little later, guess what I discovered!

Yup, welcome winter! Time is going way too fast... O.o

If you look around, you will find plenty of brand-new decorations, perhaps some of them will be future Jamaaliday gifts! The fountain has also been transformed to a wonderful fireplace,isn't winter amazing?
